Adicor Review – Katalyst Nutraceuticals

Adicor ReviewAdicor is a diet pill that is produced in the USA and marketed under the Katalyst Nutraceuticals.

According to the company website, the company has “had its finger on the pulse of the sports nutrition industry for the past 9 years”. We’d never heard of them and, could find no information about them, so we took a look at the site’s privacy policy and the page states anyone who has concerns about the privacy policy should email info@nutrishopusa.com.

If you look closely you will see the address is NutriShop USA, so it would appear the Katalyst Nutraceuticals brand is owned by NutriShop.

The marketing material used to promote the product is exceptionally thin. The entire product description contains less than 20 words. and customers who purchase the product are promised three main benefits:

  • Thermgenesis
  • Metabolism
  • Energy levels

Thermogenesis makes sense as a standalone word because it refers to the process that causes calories to be burned and lost from the body as heat.

Every body has a “metabolism” though, and “energy levels” as well, so it is unclear what the manufacturer is trying to say. We can only presume that it is supposed to mean using the pills will speed up the metabolism and boost energy levels.

If there is ever a competition for the diet pill that is sold with the least amount of information, Adicor could be a winner, but that would not a bragging right to write home about because it is wrong to expect dieters to pay for product without being aware of what to expect.

What is Adicor and How Does it Work?

Presuming the pills are designed to work in the way we believe they are, and the formulation has sufficient power, people who take Adicor should benefit from a faster metabolism.

When the metabolic rate is increased calories are burned at an accelerated rate and, when food-provided calories run out, the body will need to burn fat to get extra energy.

Thermogenesis will put in an appearance if the formulation is capable of producing a slight rise in body temperature and, if the pills elevate energy levels it will be useful for counteracting the effects of diet-related fatigue.

Key Ingredients

Adicor contains 33 ingredients and most of them are housed in proprietary blends, so the amounts involved are rarely stated.

Each three-capsule dose of Adicor provides:

  • Vitamin B12 (50mcg)
  • Zinc (2mg)
  • Chromium (100mcg)
  • Phase 1 Blend (635mg): caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, Siberian ginseng, guarana extract, Codyceps Sinensis, Vinpocetine.
  • Phase 2 Blend (425mg): garcinia cambogia, hoodia gordonii, St John’s Wort, 5-HTP.
  • Phase 3 Blend (275mg): dandelion root, uva ursi, juniper berry, buschu extract.
  • Phase 4 Blend (235mg): citrus aurantium, synephrine, octopamine.
  • Phase 5 Blend (225mg): commiphora mukul, coleus forskohlii, l-tyrosine AKG, kelp, + 3, 5 Diiodo L-Tyrosine.
  • Phase 6 Blend (205mg): ginger root, cayenne powder.
  • Phase 7 Blend (200mg): magnolia bark, phosphatidylserine.
  • Phase 8 Blend (135mg): l-taurine, rhodelia rosea, bioperine.

Trying to figure out how such a varied mix of ingredients will act together would be totally insane.

The formulation does contain some good ingredients, such as green tea (proven fat burner), caffeine (metabolism booster), and garcinia cambogia (prevents the growth of fresh fat cells.

However it also contains diuretics (dandelion, juniper, buschu) and these additions may cause the user to believe they have burned more fat than they think when the have only peed away extra water.

Usage Instructions Up to three capsules can be taken, two times each day, but new users are warned to test their tolerance of the product by beginning with one capsule in the morning, followed by a second capsule four to six hours later.

Side Effects & Health Issues

Adicor contains a lot of ingredients and the quantities involved are not known, so we strongly suggest all potential users play it safe and refrain from taking any pills until they have shown the label to their doctor and been told the pills are safe for them to take.

Purchasing Options & Considerations

Adicor is not available via the manufacturer’s website, nor is it available in any of the popular online diet pill stores.

In fact, NutriShop Kuwait is the only site we found that is actively marketing the product and, with a price tag of just under USD$ 90 per bottle, it not a cheap diet pill to buy and any dieter who is using the maximum dose of six capsules per day will find they are looking at the bottom of an empty bottle after just 20 days.

Guarantee

There does not appear to be a money back guarantee.

The Bottom Line

Does Adicor work? It might, but we have no way of accurately predicting how potent the formulation may be because the blend contains such a lot of ingredients.

Nor can we see how the product worked for past users because there is no customer feedback. Such a lack of information makes it impossible to predict what the pills may or may not do and Adicor is an incredibly pricey product. The only thing we can be certain of is it does not compare well to our recommended product, PhenQ

PhenQ bottleThe PhenQ formulation may have less ingredients, but the ones it does have are known to be very good and we have found a vast amount of customer feedback that proves the formulation works.

Better still, PhenQ is backed by a 60-day money back guarantee. Faced with competition like this, Adicor just cannot compete.
